I work with a wide variety of clients at LFPC, from city executives, to up and coming athletes. My role is to help my clients understand that our biggest limitations are the ones created in our mind. Together we push through those limitations, closing the gap between who they are today and who they will be tomorrow.

Athlete
To coach athletes you need to also think like one. I train daily and monitor my fitness metrics as often as possible.
Competing regularly on the squash court, in obstacle races and on the golf course.
If you hope to live a long and rewarding life then your focus needs to be directed towards your health.

Businessman
To coach brokers, traders, managers, salespeople, entrepreneurs and corporate professionals you need to also think like one.
I spent 20 years in high pressure work environments - I have walked the walk.
Today I have three businesses and work closely with likeminded entrepreneurs on a regular basis.

Husband
To coach others on relationships it helps if you have real life experiences. Mine vary from the years spent navigating the complexities of the New York dating scene, to falling for an exotic dancer in my early 20s.
I finally found the the woman of my dreams but only after years of mistakes, dates, red flags and wrong turns.

"A healthy man wants a thousand things, a sick man only wants one."
Confucius
We do not need to look too hard these days to see someone suffering with health issues - perhaps just in the mirror. Far too often we are willing to sacrifice our health today, with the belief that 'one day' we will have the time (and money) to be healthier.
To navigate your way through life committed to a balanced lifestyle requires work, perhaps even a guide, but the alternative could be any of the numerous medical issues that plague our world today.
Do not risk looking back with regrets when you have a chance today to make positive changes in your life.
